Sound Frequencies for a Better Brain

You can not rush a good thing

although you can enjoy the subtleties

& a ethereal state on the way there

I would describe this as my recipe of 3 square meals a day, even though it is not inherently food-related

These are habitual for myself and when used routinely provide me a deep sense of ease

  • Alpha or Beta Brain Waves in tandem with vagus nerve stimulation (‘huuuues’)

  • Movement preferably outside (walk, yoga/pilates, run, stretch) IN NATURE for beta-brain waves—this stimulates alertness and engaged problem solving, so choose a suitable time for you during the day to do this

  • Theta Brain Waves for the hour while winding down & completing your nighttime ritualS
