Meet Victoria
Welcome to the sanctuary of whole well-being :) I am Victoria, your devoted guide on this transformative journey. As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) Pilates Instructor and lover of life, I am beyond honoured to be able to share my passion for holistic living with you.
Graduating with honours in nutrition as my foundation, my love for ‘why’ has always left me curious to delve further into the dynamics of the body, mind and resilient human spirit. More formally, outside of research, I am furthering my education in teacher training for Reformer Pilates and Barre techniques, constantly seeking knowledge to equipped you with the latest and most effective strategies that lead to a deeper state of connection with the body.
My venture into holistic health was not merely to just understand what foods to eat and exercise regime to follow, it extends far beyond that. Food, behaviours, habits and how we look after our minds are integral pieces of the structure of our soul's wellness, connections, experiences and relationships. A life of optimal health and longevity is what I consider to be a deeply refined philosophy that one must live and breathe by—a philosophy that is ever-expanding with growing knowledge and extends beyond the confines of nutrition.
Bringing to you exquisite hand-made soaps is my way of manifesting this commitment to quality and holistic living. And when I'm not immersed in the world of wellness, you'll likely discover me amidst the serene embrace of nature, soaking up sunshine, in the ocean, on a mountain snowboarding, on a refreshing hike, or relishing precious moments with loved ones.
