Ayurvedic Date Milkshake
This milkshake is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a great way to boost your energy levels. It can also aid digestion, support the immune system, and promote healthy skin
Ingredients:
8 pitted dates
1 L of Whole milk
1/2 teaspoon Maldon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cashews
Instructions:
Soak the pitted dates in 2 cups of warmed whole milk for 10-15 minutes to soften them.
In a blender, combine the soaked dates, cashews, cinnamon, and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Chill in the fridge for an hour.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
