Ayurvedic Date Milkshake

This milkshake is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a great way to boost your energy levels. It can also aid digestion, support the immune system, and promote healthy skin

Ingredients:

  • 8 pitted dates

  • 1 L of Whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon Maldon Sea Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup cashews

Instructions:

  1. Soak the pitted dates in 2 cups of warmed whole milk for 10-15 minutes to soften them.

  2. In a blender, combine the soaked dates, cashews, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Chill in the fridge for an hour.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
