Muhammara Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers with skin

  • 3 Tbsp organic oats

  • 2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp red pepper or chili flakes

  • 2 Tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup raw pecans (typically walnuts are used)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

• Roast or air fry the red peppers and pecans OR walnuts for 15 minutes

•Place all Ingredients in food processor, blend until desired consistency

•Top with pomegranate seeds and olive oil
